We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a well-established outpatient behavioral health practice in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area. This position offers a stable patient panel, strong clinical support, and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management in an outpatient setting
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with APPs, therapists, and physicians to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMRParticipate in case reviews and treatment planning discussions
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care focused on patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active or eligible Alabama medical license
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team-based model
