Department: Administrative and Logistics SupportCGS is seeking a skilled Personnel Security Specialist (PerSS) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Conduct background investigations and manage personnel security clearance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications: Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience.
