AM: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMPM: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMNOC: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM*4 on 2 off rotating scheduleCNA ResponsibilitiesWork under the supervision of the Charge NurseAssist residents with activities of daily livingProvide physical comfort, emotional support, and social interactionMaintain a safe and respectful environmentProtect resident rights, privacy, and confidentialityObserve and report changes in residents’ conditionFollow infection control and safety protocolsPerform rounds per protocol and as neededComplete required documentation and in-service trainingPerform other duties as assignedEssential Job FunctionsRespond to call lights promptlyAssist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and hygieneMake beds and change linensAssist with toileting and incontinent careServe and assist with meals; record intake and outputWeigh residents as requestedAssist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motionUse proper body mechanics and assistive devicesFollow universal precautions and safety rulesRequirementsActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licenseBLS certification (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Ability to read, write, and speak EnglishHonest, dependable, and compassionateStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodationU.S. work authorizationExperience • Worked 1 year as a CNA (Required) Please BringProof of passing the state CNA exam or current CNA License NumberBLS (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Valid ID (Driver’s License, Social Security card, or Passport)
