Medical Report Coordinator

Position Overview: IES may add a Medical Report Coordinator to support the report workflow after an evaluation or record review. The role would focus on tracking, communication, and completeness without changing a physician's medical opinion.

What You'll Do: Track reports, addenda, and related report materials Check files for completion and required administrative details Coordinate questions and follow-up with physicians What We're Looking For Careful document handling and strong follow-through Professional communication with physicians and clients Healthcare, transcription, or legal-document experience is helpful Work Arrangement Likely hybrid or on-site in Shelby Township, depending on future needs.
