Apply for this role →Seeking a PE Licensed Lead Transmission Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for designing high voltage transmission lines using PLS-CADD, collaborating with project teams, and managing client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
Design high voltage transmission lines and develop construction documents, including project design criteria and drawings
Facilitate collaboration among project team members and act as the primary client contact to define project scope and requirements
Estimate construction costs and specify materials while coordinating specific design aspects of projects
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in Transmission Line Engineering or related fields
PE license is required
Proficiency in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE is preferred
Experience working with or for a utility is highly preferred
