About the Role: The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the senior financial executive and strategic advisor for its Faculty Practice Plan and Health Sciences. The CFO will be responsible for enterprise-wide financial management, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, revenue cycle operations, capital planning, and long-range financial strategy. This role requires a visionary leader who can optimize financial performance, ensure fiscal sustainability, and manage organizational risk. The CFO will also be accountable for aligning financial resources with institutional priorities, enabling informed decision-making, and supporting the growth and impact of the Faculty Practice Plan and Health Sciences enterprise. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Master's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting. A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role, particularly within a healthcare system or academic medical center, is required.
