Lead an out-of-school-time program for elementary-aged children by supervising teachers, maintaining licensing and safety standards, partnering with families and school leaders, and overseeing recruitment and enrollment. Use the curriculum to support engaging learning experiences and a safe, effective site. Supervise and develop teachers to deliver engaging classroom experiences. Ensure effective site operations and maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards. Partner with parents to support children's care and education. Build relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners. Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children.
