Senior Leveraged & Structured Finance Associate

Overview: Candidates must possess strong skills and knowledge related to a broad range of commercial lending financing. The role requires experience in deal types including senior, second lien, and subordinated financings; working capital and leveraged acquisition financings; accounts receivable financings; single-currency and multicurrency, domestic and cross-border financings; equipment financings; project finance; lines of credit; letter of credit transactions; and/or loan syndications and participations. Candidates should have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The practice advises a broad range of clients, including industry-leading banks, institutional investors, asset managers, and significant corporate borrowers. Finance attorneys within the practice contribute their experience to workout and restructuring matters. The position offers opportunities for a varied practice across sectors such as telecommunications, media, automobile, manufacturing, technology, asset-based lender, aircraft leasing, water, timber, private credit, syndicated loan markets, and agribusiness. The role requires in-office presence three days per week.
