Senior Paralegal, Private Credit & Leveraged Finance Hybrid

Considine Search is seeking a Senior Paralegal for a premier global law firm in New York. You will support attorneys in the Private Credit & Leveraged Finance group's transactional practice, handling due diligence, document drafting, and post-closing activities. The role requires seven+ years of corporate experience in a major firm, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with overtime as needed.
