Setting:
Outpatient Primary Care Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary and chronic care. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals. Build long-term patient relationships and continuity of care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation using eClinicalWorks. Participate in a light 1:12 call rotation, primarily phone-based. Collaborate with experienced clinical staff to deliver quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active Kentucky medical license or eligibility.
- BLS certification required.
- DOT course required.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Strong interest in serving a rural community.
- Long-term commitment and ties to the Owingsville area are strongly preferred. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM4- or 5-day workweek options
- Light call: 1:12 rotation
- Primarily phone-based call
