Job Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plansProvide medication management and ongoing therapeutic careCollaborate with integrated care teams, including primary care and social servicesSupport individuals with co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use)
Ensure culturally competent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based careQualifications:
- Active Georgia APRN license with PMHNP certificationDEA license and prescriptive authority in GeorgiaExperience in community mental health or integrated care preferredCommitment to health equity and serving underserved populationsWorking Hours:
