Manage and lead large scale, multi-faceted campaigns from concept vetting through job wrap with limited oversight. Problem solve with internal and external teams to get to the best work possible. Develop and manage production calendars and direct the logistical flow of all phases of production to ensure all assets are delivered on time. Accurately evaluate the feasibility of concepts, ideas, and scripts against client parameters. Control the budget through all phases of production, working closely with business affairs during the production process through the closing of jobs, including presenting estimates and overages to clients for approval.
