Client: TCS

Location: Waltham, MA

Role Summary: Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and maintenance of IBM Maximo Asset Management system. Ensure smooth functioning, configuration, and optimization of Maximo modules to support asset management, work management, and maintenance processes.

System Administration & Maintenance: Monitor Maximo application health and performance. Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure compliance with IT standards.

Functional Support: Configure Maximo modules (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, Procurement).Manage workflows, escalations, security groups, and automation scripts. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.

Operations Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all modules. Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.

User Support & Training: Provide functional support to end-users. Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain configuration documentation and SOPs. Develop and manage reports using BIRT or other tools.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM (7.6.x or MAS 8.x).Expertise in Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and Procurement modules. Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP services. Basic SQL and reporting skills (BIRT).Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle.
