Job description:
Very busy boutique real estate firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to handle real estate litigation and become a part of our team! In this position, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. In office full time.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- Assist with trial prep
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate litigation required
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment
