Steel Project Manager

Key responsibilities include: Managing 3–4 structural steel construction projects, reviewing shop drawings and contract documents, coordinating fabrication and field operations, mentoring project engineers, and working with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and owners. The Project Manager also supports estimating, including takeoffs, labor analysis, material pricing, bid reviews, forecasting, and project cost reporting.

Qualifications: We are seeking candidates that possess drive and determination with experience in the following;5–15 years of structural steel project management experience, hands-on shop and field experience, strong drawing interpretation skills, and experience managing subcontractors. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Office required; Tekla, Fab Suite, Viewpoint/Vista preferred.
