We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support a fast-moving legal and business environment in Burlington, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position will focus on managing a high volume of commercial agreements, with significant interaction across marketing as well as IT, finance, and HR. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, organization, and negotiation skills to help the team maintain efficient contract workflows and provide reliable day-to-day support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial volume of commercial contracts from intake through execution, ensuring timely review and follow-up.
- Draft, revise, and negotiate agreements that primarily support marketing initiatives while also addressing needs across IT, finance, and HR.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify business terms, identify risk, and align contract language with organizational requirements.
- Oversee contract administration activities, including tracking status, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance with internal procedures.
- Review proposed terms and recommend practical solutions that balance legal considerations with business objectives.
- Contribute to the ongoing use and optimization of Link Squares as part of the team’s contract management processes.
- Provide additional bandwidth to a high-performing team by helping prioritize requests and keep contract workflows moving efficiently.
