Senior Commercial Counsel

Pazau, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial contracts attorney for its San Francisco or New York office. This full-time role offers a base salary of $210,000–$250,000 plus equity. You will negotiate enterprise and mid-market agreements, advise on structure, and keep templates current. The role requires 4–7 years of SaaS contracting experience, deep data-protection knowledge, and admission to practice in at least one US state. Location flexibility is provided with a strong equity package.
