Hybrid Director of Compliance & Fiduciary Accounts

SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks a Director of Compliance & Fiduciary Accounts in a hybrid role based in Dallas. The incumbent will lead the Credit Union’s compliance program and oversee complex member accounts, combining strong risk management with excellent member service. The position requires analyzing laws, updating policies, and training staff. Responsibilities include fiduciary/complex accounts (IRAs, Trusts, Estates, Coverdells, Business/Deceased accounts) and reporting to the Board.
