Experience in a similar tax partner role or substantial knowledge in real estate taxation
Relevant education and/or training in accounting or taxation
Strong business development skills and a proven track record of client acquisition
New Jersey CPA license or equivalent certification
Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate tax regulations
