In Person Event Support

Responsibilities include: Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival Assisting with event check-in and registration Providing directions and answering attendee questions Helping with event setup and breakdown Supporting event staff with general logistics and activities Monitoring event areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and safe Assisting presenters, vendors, or exhibitors as needed We're looking for volunteers who are: Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed Able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift light items if necessary Why Volunteer?
