Apply for this role →Sales Consultant Our client is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. They provide paid training for 8 weeks. Laptop and phone provided after the training period is completed. Vehicle and gas card also provided after the training period has been completed. Full benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and 401k are offered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training
- Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
- Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-upSet and maintain the required number of appointments daily/weekly to meet/exceed sales goals
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior outside sales experience
- College degree in related field preferred
- Ability to work some weekends and evenings
- Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and listening skills
- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates and supervisors
- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
- Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)
- Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation
