Chief Philanthropy & Development Officer

Loyola Medicine seeks a Chief Development Officer to provide strategic leadership for all development activities across Loyola Medicine and its Health Sciences Division. The role focuses on major and planned giving from individuals, corporations, and foundations to support education, research and patient care. The CDO will manage a substantial donor portfolio, build a high-performing team, coordinate with system leaders, and ensure disciplined donor stewardship and budget oversight while
