Primary duties include:
- Conducting a comprehensive assessment of families' strengths and needs
- Participating in family service planning meetings, developing and implementing service plans with measurable goals and objectives
- Working with families to overcome barriers and achieve improvement in functioning
- Referring, arranging and advocating for services that a family needs
- Conducting home visits to families for the purpose of counseling and monitoring of services and outcomes
- Utilizing social work tools such as but not limited to genograms, ecomaps, and financial worksheets
- Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required

Employment Type: Temporary
Work Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30am - 5:15pm; frequent evening and weekend events required
