About the Role: The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Visitor Services and Experience. Essential functions include leading and mentoring managers, setting and reinforcing performance standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves overseeing all aspects of staff management, from recruitment to training and development, and requires a strong dedication to the mission of the organization and the city. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the tourism, hospitality, or visitor services sectors, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
