Our client continues to grow organically year over year and they have a new opening due to an internal promotion. The Vice President of Manufacturing position is now open because of an internal promotion. Candidate Qualifications Plant Management experience Budget Responsibility Knowledge of Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Planning Prior experience developing mid-level managers High level of integrity and professionalism Prior experience with Lean Six Sigma Ability to interact with plant floor employees and boardroom executives Passion and sense of urgency Prior experience fostering a culture of safety Experience managing within a metrics driven organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) Able to work within the United States Compensation Our client offers a base salary and targeted bonus. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), profit sharing, medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs. Salary $200,000 - $240,000 Bonus $60,000 - $80,000
