The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department and ensure our guests experience exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality every day. What You'll Do: As an Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the housekeeping department, including:
  • Directing all housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing housekeeping associates
  • Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards and company expectations
  • Managing labor costs, productivity, and departmental budgets
  • Maintaining inventory controls and ordering supplies
  • Coordinating room readiness with the Front Office team to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Partnering with Maintenance to address repair and preventative maintenance needs
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and OSHA requirements
  • Driving guest satisfaction scores and service excellence initiatives
  • Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience
  • Executive Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred
  • Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience managing labor budgets, inventories, and productivity standards
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
