Quality Assurance Specialist I
Location: Concord, CA
Pay: $29/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist I to support laboratory quality assurance activities in a GMP-regulated environment. This role is responsible for reviewing analytical data, laboratory documentation, reports, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) to ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related scientific field 0-2 years of laboratory, pharmaceutical, Quality Assurance, or regulated industry experienceGMP or Quality Assurance experience preferred but not requiredKey Responsibilities: Review analytical data, reports, CoAs, and laboratory documentation for accuracy and complianceIdentify and communicate documentation discrepancies and quality concernsSupport investigations involving deviations, OOS/OOT results, and other quality eventsEnsure compliance with GMP, Quality Systems, and data integrity requirementsCollaborate with laboratory personnel and QA management to support timely client deliverablesRequired Skills: Knowledge of GMP and Quality Management SystemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and within a teamPay Details:$27.00 to $29.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
