Project Manager (Lab Systems Optimization)

Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Transformation (35%): Lead enterprise-wide laboratory transformation initiatives, focusing on workflow optimization, systems modernization, process standardization, and operational improvement. Epic Beaker Expansion (25%): Manage the implementation and expansion of Epic Beaker across new facilities and lab environments, ensuring tight alignment between clinical, operational, and technical requirements. Stakeholder Coordination (20%): Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams—including laboratory leadership, operations, clinical staff, IT, and external vendors—to ensure successful project adoption. Project Governance (10%): Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, status reports, and executive communications. Vendor & Integration Management (10%): Oversee vendor relationships, system integrations, testing, and deployment activities while proactively mitigating project risks and dependencies.
