Overnight Veterinary Care Coordinator

Key responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from pet families and provide support during end-of-life conversations Schedule in-home veterinary appointments and explain services offered by the organization Maintain accurate records and coordinate with veterinarians and internal team members

Required qualifications: Experience in customer service, veterinary reception, or healthcare scheduling Compassion and emotional intelligence when assisting grieving families Strong computer skills and ability to learn various cloud-based systems Dependable attendance and punctuality for the overnight shift Previous veterinary or animal-care experience is a plus
