Senior Energy Storage Test Infrastructure Lead

Redwood Materials is seeking a Manufacturing Test Infrastructure Lead to guide a growing team responsible for validation of energy storage products. You’ll lead cross-disciplinary efforts across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to design, bring up, and qualify testers for PCBA and complex assemblies. You will shape test strategy, drive improvements in test coverage, and partner with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure robust, scalable test platforms for high-volume production.
