Staff Attorney Labor Rights & Wage Claims (LA, Partially Remote)

Garment Worker Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Staff Attorney 1 or 2 to provide wage-and-hour labor-law assistance to garment workers. The role involves direct representation, Know Your Rights training, and advocacy to strengthen enforcement of labor laws. The Staff Attorney will work with organizers, conduct wage calculations, handle wage claims before the Labor Commission, and support education materials and coalition work. Spanish fluency is preferred to serve a diverse worker community.
