Senior Corporate Accountant

Responsibilities: Lead core accounting operations including journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations, and month‑end close activities across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAPMaintain financial records and controls, providing thorough documentation to support internal and external audit requirements while helping to strengthen internal accounting processes. Monitor and analyze general ledger activity, investigating variances, validating account balances, and ensuring appropriate classification across business units. Support preparation of financial reporting packages, supplying accurate actuals and analytical insights to finance leadership, FP&A partners, and operational teams. Participate in audit readiness and coordination, creating schedules, responding to requests, and improving audit‑related procedures to support compliance and organizational transparency. Assist with system enhancements and ERP optimization, including improvements to workflows, reporting modules, and data quality within platforms such as Net Suite or comparable systems. Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, FP&A, and technical teams to ensure financial data accuracy, support forecasting inputs, and improve end‑to‑end accounting processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and simplification to reduce manual effort and enhance overall accounting efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field, advanced degrees/CPA preferred 3-6 years of experience; ideally with a background in public accounting Strong knowledge of US GAAP required Experience with IFRS a plus Experience with inventory accounting a plus Proficiency with ERP platforms such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or Business Central, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets preferred Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable in fast‑paced, scaling environments, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work on tight timelines Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across financial and operational teams
