Merchandising Operations Support - 409329

Position Overview: The Merchandising Operations Support role provides support to the merchant organization and distribution centers by helping resolve issues that occur during the receiving process. This is a full-time role, and the ideal candidate will work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities: Of The Merchandising Operations Support Serve as a liaison between merchants and distribution centers. Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Support the troubleshooting process. Utilize merchandising and warehouse systems. Review basic merchant reports, including item sales and orders. Understand distribution center processes. Build relationships with distribution center partners. Required Experience/Skills For The Merchandising Operations Support 1 - 2 years of related experience. Strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word. Comfortable learning and working with various systems. Basic analytical skills. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Merchandising Operations Support Retail or merchandising operations experience. Distribution center or warehouse experience. Experience working with operational or inventory systems.

Education Requirements: High school diploma is required. Some college coursework is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
