Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)An independent critical access hospital in western Minnesota is hiring a Family Medicine physician for its collaborative primary care clinic. The role is mostly outpatient with light inpatient and ER coverage. A 4-day week and 7+ weeks of PTO leaves plenty of time to enjoy the exceptional outdoor recreational activities and enjoy the community.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient clinic with a 12-bed critical access hospital, Level IV Trauma ER, 2 operating rooms, and a full complement of visiting specialists.4-day work week15 to 18 patients per day with support from 2 RNs, an LPN, and an MA.Light inpatient census and rounding on your own patients.1:5 clinic call from home plus 1 ER and hospital weekend per month Epic EMRCompensation Details Guaranteed Base Salary: $300,000 to $320,000.Production bonus earning potential to $400,000+.Additional call shifts are available for extra compensation.$30,000 sign-on bonus and $30,000 annual retention bonus after year one.$25,000 residency stipend available plus relocation and CME7+ weeks of PTOCommunity Highlights Family-friendly town with excellent schools, affordable living, and plenty of activities.
