Senior Recruiter, AI/ML Quant Research Talent

Voleon is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Quantitative Research to lead full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML and data science talent. You will own the candidate experience end-to-end, partner with research and data science leadership, and build pipelines from sourcing to closing gifted researchers. You will work with world-class researchers and finance/tech professionals, manage offers, and drive market knowledge on talent benchmarks. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
