Key responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned healthcare clients
Assist with complex general ledgers and ensure overall accuracy through trend identification
Prepare and finalize month-end close, including drafting monthly reporting packages with KPIs/metrics
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, focusing on financial reporting and general ledger management
Experience with full cycle accounting in the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
