Additional Requirements: Grading & Assessment: Score quizzes, exams, essays, andhomework assignments accurately using provided rubrics and answerkeys. Course Material Setup: Help Faculty organize and format syllabuscontent, lecture slides, reading lists, and multimedia resourcesunder faculty direction. Blackboard Administration: Help Faculty manage the online courseportal (Blackboard), post announcements, update digital gradebooks, and upload files. Student Support Services: Help Faculty hold non-instructionaloffice hours or virtual help desks to answer student questionsregarding grades, logistics, or assignment formatting. Enrollment Status: Current active enrollment in a relevant graduatedegree program (Master's) at Wichita State University. Academic Standing: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA (typically 3.0or higher) and good academic standing in the department.
Required Experience: To be eligible for an assistantship, students must be admitted to a degree program in either full or conditional standing. Students admitted on probation or placed on academic probation following admission may be eligible for assistantship awards under certain circumstances.
Physical Requirements: Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
