You have solid hospital experience and you have started hundreds and hundreds of IVs. Someone whose life is organized. You are in a place in your life without constant changes, and you are focused on your career, on making money and on building something. Someone ready to take on more responsibility in an environment that is less stressful than a hospital but still requires the same level of care and attention to detail. Someone entrepreneurial and proactive. Clients can book the same nurse again, so the nurses who put in the effort build their own book of regular clients and groups. We expect you to build yours. Someone who wants to work with people and appreciates that side of the job. Someone intelligent, flexible and responsible. You have a good attitude and you want to be available. Someone committed for the long run. Please do not apply ifYou have minimal hospital experience, or you want this job to get IV experience. You don't know how to start an IV, or you have not started hundreds of them. You are looking to pick up a part time job for a month and then drop it. You can't commit to at least two set days every week. What we expect from you At least two set days a week, for example every Tuesday and Thursday. You are welcome to add more days than that, and we appreciate it when you do. Your days can change from month to month. Your schedule goes in two weeks ahead. Every week, you add your days for the week two weeks out. For example, during the first week of the month, you add your days for the third week. If something changes later, that is fine. Let us know, then edit, move or remove the times. Adding the schedule two weeks ahead is not optional. Care with inventory. Each time you resupply, you are trusted with a couple thousand dollars of our inventory. Manage it so nothing goes to waste: use the oldest stock first, keep track of dates, and tell us early when something is close to expiring so we can move it to a nurse who will use it in time. We won't hold it against you if something expires, but we expect you to be mindful of it, stay on top of it and be considerate, because we are running a business and expired stock is money the company loses. A premium, concierge level experience at every appointment, in clients' homes, offices and hotels. Complete, accurate documentation of every appointment.

Pay and benefits: Very competitive pay for every appointment. Added incentive pay for select appointments. We cover the cost of all supplies and equipment. You have essentially no costs. Groups: you are paid for every client at a group appointment, so groups represent a lot of potential income. Pay for each vitamin boost a client adds to their drip. Pay for every client who joins our membership through you. Pay for client reviews you bring in. Discretionary bonuses when we see someone going out of their way and putting their best foot forward. Travel pay when a drive runs over a set amount of time. Your parking and valet are covered. Any tips clients leave are yours.

Requirements: Active, unrestricted Florida RN license. Solid hospital experience and hundreds of IV starts. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a reliable car and auto insurance that covers business use. At least two set days of availability every week, added two weeks ahead.
