Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Salary Rate: $120,000 - $160,000 (salary depends on experience)
Responsibilities: Take full ownership of active electrical construction projects from award through closeoutManage project budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and overall executionCoordinate directly with General Contractors and project stakeholdersLead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationAttend OAC meetings and proactively drive project progressProtect project profitability and ensure timely approval of all extra workOversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-builts, and final billingSkills & Requirements 3+ years of experience independently managing electrical construction projects as a Project Manager or Project EngineerProven experience on K-12, school district, campus, or other educational facility projectsStrong knowledge of change orders, pay applications, subcontract management, and GC communicationAble to step into an active project and lead without training or extensive oversightExperience managing occupied renovations, phased construction, and school calendar-driven schedules preferredValid Texas driver's license and ability to pass a school district background checkBased in the Greater Houston area or willing to work on projects throughout the regionBenefitsFull Benefits including company vehicle.
