As Founding Designer at Endex, you'll define how financial professionals interact with AI in their most critical workflows. You'll design intuitive interfaces for agentic AI, building a design system that scales, and establishing the visual identity of a category-defining product. If you want to shape how Wall Street works with AI, this is your opportunity. What You'll OwnCore Product Experience: Design the end-to-end user journey for interacting with AI agents in Excel. Create intuitive interfaces for complex workflows (prompting, iterating, reviewing AI outputs) Onboarding & Activation: Craft the first-time user experience that takes someone from "what is this?" to "I can't work without this."Design System: Build and maintain our design system from scratch. Visual Identity: Shape Endex's brand through our product, marketing site, and collateral. Create a visual language that feels sophisticated, trustworthy, and cutting-edge Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product to ship designs. Balance user needs with technical constraints, especially within Excel's add-in environment Growth & Conversion: Design signup flows, pricing pages, and upgrade prompts that drive conversion Who You AreProduct Designer: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and shipped features User-Obsessed: You deeply understand user workflows and pain points. You conduct research proactively and let insights drive your design decisions Technically Fluent: You understand technical constraints and can work effectively with engineers.
