Wilding Brands is expanding its team and is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual to fill the position of Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant has overall responsibility for daily accounting of transactions and is responsible for performing the month end close in an accurate and timely manner. With many vibrant taprooms and restaurants scattered across Colorado, we’re not just part of the craft beverage industry - we are shaping iResponsibilities: Manage all accounting operations including cash receipts and disbursements, accounts receivable, accounts payable and accruals, inventory, fixed assets and revenue recognition for multiple entities Manage purchasing policies and procedures Prepare consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis Enforce standard accounting policies and procedures of the organization Perform an efficient month-end close process Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts Calculate variances from the budget and identify and analyze significant differences Prepare sales and use tax returns for applicable jurisdictions Track and report key financial metrics Assist CPA firm with annual review of financial statements Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA preferred
