You will work within the MS ML team to translate customer needs into roadmaps and ML solutions, shaping offerings across industries like aerospace, consumer goods, and electronics. You'll balance scientific depth with product leadership to grow our MS ML portfolio. Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers to demonstrate how Schrödinger's software accelerates MS research
- Provide guidance and roadmap planning to expand offerings into new MS areas
- Develop new ML models to support customer acquisition
- Manage the existing MS ML team
Key requirements:
- PhD in a relevant field
- Deep practical background in both MS and MLExperience in software industry and with customers
- Willingness to travel globally
- Extroverted and comfortable interacting with customers
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Agentic workflow expert
- Development of ML models for materials science
- Strong domain knowledge in MS and MLExperience with customer-facing software products
