Senior Financial Lines Claims Counsel (D&O & E&O)

MSIG USA, the US-based subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group, is seeking a Financial Lines Claims Counsel to oversee complex claims from notice to resolution in Chicago, IL. You will analyze coverage, evaluate damages, and draft letters while coordinating with outside counsel and underwriting teams. The ideal candidate holds a JD, active bar admission, and 7+ years handling Financial Lines claims, including securities matters, with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
