Spicer Group is seeking a Regional Manager for Ohio to lead the drinking water and wastewater practice across the state, ensuring technical excellence and financial health. The role requires deep regional connections with municipalities, utilities, regulators, and funding programs to drive growth and cross‑sell services. You will build strong client relationships, guide strategic planning, and oversee large multidisciplinary projects while mentoring a team of engineers and planners to deliver
