Equine Program Lead & Outreach Champion

Colonial Williamsburg Foundation seeks an experienced equine professional to lead the Rare Breeds program and expand breeding and outreach efforts. The role focuses on responsible breeding, veterinary coordination, and documentation while building community partnerships. You will coordinate volunteer and internship programs, train staff, and ensure safety and compliance across operations. A Virginia driver's license and history with large horses are essential.
