North America Finance Lead & Strategic Partner

Faerch Group in Portage, Indiana seeks a North America Finance Leader to own accounting, reporting, FP&A and governance for the region. You will partner with the Managing Director – North America and lead a small NA finance team to drive effective decision support across the business. You will ensure timely financial reporting, maintain compliance, and contribute to global finance alignment and process excellence initiatives, while developing a high-performing finance function.
