Maintenance Manager

As Maintenance Manager for Aramark’s Education facilities team, you will lead campus maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient buildings. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems across classrooms, residence halls, and support spaces. Supervise and develop technicians, manage budgets, vendors, and work orders, and drive safety and compliance. Lead daily maintenance operations for educational facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building systems Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Manage budgets, inventory, vendors, and service contracts to optimize costs and service quality Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Aramark standards while supporting a positive campus experience Facility maintenance management HVAC systems Electrical systems troubleshooting Plumbing repair Preventive maintenance planning Building automation systems (BAS) Budgeting and cost control Vendor and contractor management CMMS/work order systems OSHA and safety compliance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or equivalent a plus HVAC/EPA Universal Certification preferred OSHA 10/30 Safety Training Valid driver’s license
