Senior Field Superintendent Growth, Leadership & Training

Gilbane Building in Connecticut is looking for a Lead Superintendent to independently manage field operations on a $5‑$50M project. The role requires daily site presence, leadership of trade contractors, and close collaboration with the project team to meet schedule and safety goals. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, 7–12 years of superintendent experience on large commercial/industrial jobs, OSHA 30, and STS‑C.
