Youth Mentor & Program Leader (Part-Time)

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Youth Development Professional for the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos in San Marcos, CA. The part-time role (15–25 hours per week) focuses on mentoring youth, leading programs, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment that helps members build confidence and essential life skills. You will plan monthly activities, participate in staff trainings, enforce fair discipline, and collaborate with the Site Director and program staff.
