Foundry Lab Lead: Chemistry & Sand Testing

Badger Foundry Company is seeking a Lab Supervisor to oversee sand testing and chemistry controls for gray and ductile iron. You will supervise Lab Technicians, work with customers and suppliers, and track sand and chemistry properties to ensure compliance with specifications. Responsibilities include supporting quoting, coordinating with Manufacturing for process improvements, managing lab equipment, and maintaining lab records.
